Thats the new celebration celebrated 100 years of who? Of Walt Disney because he was born in 1901. It is supposed to be 15 months like all the over celebrations started in October. The center of the celebration is at MGM Studios.

Every afternoon, enjoy a star-studded line-up of whimsical limos packed with your favorite Disney characters and showbiz favorites parading through the Park. See Mickey, Minnie, the cast of Atlantis, your favorite Star Wars heroes, the wild and wacky Muppets, the gang from Playhouse Disney, and much more.
* Discover the Stories Behid the Magic
Tucked beneath a giant Sorcerer Mickey hat, these kiosks invite the curious to explore events in Disney history. Interactive screens let you discover the stories behind some of your favorite Disney attractions. And show you the Disney connection to many of the filmmaking techniques you still see in theaters today.

Beginning with Mickey and ending with a fairy-tale finish, this spectacular new parade of giant Disney snow globes is a tribute to all those stories and characters that have touched our hearts down through the years. This fantastic new parade includes more than a hundred Disney characters, brought to life through music, magic, and special effects.

At the Town Square Exposition Hall, discover Walt's inspirations that led to the creation of the Magic Kingdom® Park. Interactive kiosks shed light on Disney lore such as the unlikely beginnings of The Pirates of the Caribbean attraction and the only Magic Kingdom ride Walt himself rode on.

It's a rompin' and rollin', all-new afternoon event in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Adding to the rhythm of the ride is a herd of giant rolling drums cleverly disguised as exotic animals.

The most important artists in Tapestry of Dreams are your kids. During the day, they'll visit these special play and craft areas to draw, write, stamp, color, and create their own personal dreams on a paper star. At night, they'll take a piece of that star and "wish" their dreams into reality during the most moving moment of the Tapestry of Dreams parade.

Innoventions East is home to kiosks that invite the curious to explore events in Disney history that led to the creation of Epcot. See how Walt's original Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow inspired many of the things you'll find here today.
