1 Day, No Fast Passes, which park is best and why?

My wife and I got a discounted resort stay at a Wyndham Garden resort which includes park passes for one day towards the end of October. We can go to any Disney Park in Orlando.

Since we will not have the actual tickets until we check in there is no way to plan for fast passes.

Which park Do you think we can get the most out of in this scenario?

IMHO, I think you will get the most out of the Magic Kingdom for the day. Nothing against the other parks, but I think there are just more things to do at MK.

Epcot? The big headliners need FPs like every other park, but I could spend an entire day wandering World Showcase without riding a single ride.

Magic kingdom..There will be more day of fastpasses available there. With only 2 people you should have no problem getting good ones if you keep refreshing the app

I'd stay as far away from the Star Wars craziness at HS as I could.

Magic Kingdom would be my choice. Epcot if you want to partake in Food & Wine,
