Is this (407) 939-2744 legit? And why would they be calling? First time EVER for us…. Just seems a little off…

That is a legit Disney phone number. Seems they call when there is an inventory issue. They might be wanting you to switch to a different resort. Where are you booked?

Weve received a call before when our resort building where we had requested a room was going through refurb. I know there were guests being moved recently from Poly because of damage to some rooms there caused by the hurricane.
