‘Push’ Leaves $1M Puzzle

(NY Post) -– The final episode of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon's quirky drama series "Push, Nevada" airs in two days -- but ABC still won't say how or exactly when it'll give away a $1-million prize. "Push" -- a twisty "Twin Peaks"-like whodunit -- offered a $1-million to the viewer who can guess where some stolen money on the show was hidden. Clues were hidden in each of the series' 13 episodes, but when the network decided to cancel the show, they had to be condensed into just seven episodes. The remaining weekly clues for the game are supposed to be revealed over the course of this week's series finale entitled "Jim's Domain." A final, "master clue," cooked-up by producers will also be revealed -- but not on the show. The game's rules, posted on abc.com, stated that the master clue will be broadcast within seven days after the finale airs. Industry sources said the producers originally set up the game up this way so that viewers on the East Coast would not have a time advantage over viewers in different time zones. All signs apparently point to next week's edition of "Monday Night Football" or a college football broadcast as the location of the final master clue. ABC's sports programming are the only national telecasts that the network has scheduled to air simultaneously across the US, within seven days of the finale.
