Yes Chapek can be blamed, without question. He had an entire year to change any polices he inherited but he did not do so. He doubled down on sucking the soul from Disney for a cheap buck. Iger is not the demi god some think he is, but at least things will not get worse.

The best part of this is that Chapek is gone from Disney completely. No more departments for him to mess up. Disney…where dreams really do come true!

Completely disagree. Everything that can potentially make it to the public is a PR move. Disney is trying to win the battle instead of winning the war. Many times, wars are won by conquering hearts and minds.

What happened? Management comes in that ONLY cares about shareholder value, spreadsheets, and the current fiscal quarter. Nothing else matters. If the park is filthy, yet people keep coming, why would you spend money cleaning the park? (their mentality)

No one has to follow the U.S. Flag Code. It was struck down by the Supreme Court as an infringement on the freedom of speech. It is up to each company/individual to do what they want. There is no protocol that Disney has to follow with the American flag, much less the UK flag.

If you’re still at the park at 9pm for the night time show, that means you didn’t go hardcore enough in Epcot during the day.
