Yes, "The High Cost of Low Quality" affects us all. I'm looking forward to my adult-only trip down this weekend even with all the things that drive me crazy though because my husband and I will have a great time. No characters, long lines, etc. Just slow touring and lots of lounge time!

Maybe people won't wait an hour for McDonalds, but I have witnessed wicked long lines when a Chipotle comes to a town. I hate lines, but have waited 20-30 minutes for my barbacoa during peak times.

Only time will tell, but I really don't think it matters. If WDW put in a solid Frozen attraction (not an overlay at Norway), then the attraction becomes more than the movie. I love Splash, but I've never seen Song of the South. I love the Hulk coaster at Uni, but do not like the movie/TV show, etc.

I totally agree, but that's how that message reads to me. The only scenario where I could see this "enhancing" guest experience is if, say you're in Mexico and decide you want a TS meal. You could check MDE and snag an ADR in 15 minutes for Restaurant Marrakesh. Crazy good customer service...

If I'm reading this message correctly, it has nothing to do with ant QS restaurant, including BoG at lunch. It seems to be solely regarding the ability to make ADRs within 20 minutes starting in 3 days.

Here's my (partial) list: 1. Dark chocolate sea salt caramels from Germany 2. Cronut from the Refreshment Port 3. Bread service at Sanaa 4. Carrot cake cookie from the Writer's Shop 5. Cobb salad at the Brown Derby 6. Dole whip with rum at the AK 7. Cocktails from everywhere ;)

Here's the scenario I see playing out in this situation: I want lunch, and I'd like to eat at BoG, but I don't have a FP+. I get in line around 11:15 figuring I'll have my lunch no later than noon. Instead, I get a paper pass that tells me to come back at 1:15. There is no way I'm waiting that...

It's relevant insomuch as it relates to guest satisfaction. I don't see a scenario where I would line up at 11am for lunch expecting a 30 minute wait and being told to come back in 1.5 hours would ever make me happy. Free ice cream, on the other hand...
