Did Disney do away with sending email confirmations before your dining reservation?

I am trying to find recent (within the last year) photos/videos of the guest rooms in the Sugarloaf building at Grand Floridian. Are these rooms refurbed? Anyone have any tips or suggestions? Or their own photos? YouTube and Google haven't been much help. Most appreciated.
