    Paramount London plans revealed

I'm pretty gutted it isn't a Uni Europe, because that actually seems plausible, but ultimately I'm grateful there is a major theme park coming to the UK.

    Paramount London plans revealed

NEWS: BBC sign deal with developers of this park, to make attractions based on their programming. Looks like we'll be seeing Sherlock, Doctor Who and Top Gear Rides.

    Paramount London plans revealed

So this is turning into a pretty serious proposal. It will include an indoor waterpark, multiple hotels, and many state of the art rides. Could it be a threat to DLRP? Here is the official site: http://www.londonparamount.info/

Disney to open indoor theme park in London?

I get your point, but the UK is more like America than Europe, and actually Disney has an incredibly strong brand identity there (probably because a lot of Disney classics are based on British stories). And DisneyQuest in London would do better because it would be in the middle of the world's...

Disney to open indoor theme park in London?

Disney is one of the strongest brands in the world so I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. And I think Disney would welcome any opportunity to rid of their 'sub 10 year old' image actually. That's certainly the impression I'm getting from their latest ad campaigns. Anyway I don't think...

    Starbucks at WDW

No Dr. Pepper is owned by the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, which was previously part of Cadbury (the British chocolate company)!

    Starbucks at WDW

Does anyone else feel that seeing a Starbucks chain in WDW takes the magic away somewhat?

Disney to open indoor theme park in London?

I was just watching my local news channel, and they were talking about the London Trocadero, a huge building in the middle of London's West End which used to be a SegaWorld theme park, but now is an arcade/shopping centre/cinema. Well, anyway, the reporter on the news said there were many...

    Why doesn't Disney partner with...

Because Disney are Disney! Although if they had to partner with another studio, I think Sony would be the best choice.

    Cars land alternative

What I'd do to DHS... Close the backlot tour and the stunt show, to make way for a Pixar Place expansion. The expansion will include a full Toy Story Playland, which will be built in what is now Animation Courtyard and Mickey Avenue (Toy Story Mania will obviously remain), then Honey I Shrunk...

    Ideas for Pixar movies?

Can you think of any innovative film ideas/concepts for CGI animated movies? (like Pixar) This probably isn't very good, but I thought of a film about cats which go around gardens and steal things, and they take it back to HQ, where there is a huge underground network of cats all across the...

    Expedition Everest the Movie?

I like this idea, it would be an excellent film!

    Universal expansion ideas

For Middle Earth, I would convert the area near Mythos into The Shire, which is really just an area you can walk around, and then where the Mystic Fountain is, that would become Bree, with a Prancing Pony and a few quaint little shops. Then, the building encompassing Posideon's Fury would be...

    Universal expansion ideas

I like these ideas. The façade of the Wizarding World expansion will be themed around London, so if you were going to put a musical where Fear Factor is, you could expand the London theme and have Mary Poppins, Oliver or something. Or alternatively they could do what they did in Universal...

Which films aren't represented enough at WDW?

I think it would be good if the Jungle River Cruises were re-themed to 'Jungle Book River Cruises'.

The Guardian: Disney turns away from hand-drawn animation

I wouldn't go that far, even if it dies on the big screen, there'll always be a place for it on TV. ;)

Which films aren't represented enough at WDW?

I think a ride similar to Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, but through the Monsters, Inc. door chase scene would be incredible.

    Universal expansion ideas

I don't think that should be a problem considering Six Flags doesn't have a park in Florida.

    Universal expansion ideas

I think it would be good if they added a 'Forbidden Forest' section to the Wizarding World, with a top scan ride themed around Aragog the spider. Also, it would be nice if they re-themed either Toon Lagoon or the Lost Continent to 'Middle Earth'. Popeye and Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges could...

Which films aren't represented enough at WDW?

When I went to WDW there was a 'London float' with Mary Poppins and Peter Pan, but there was no sign of her anywhere else. I think a Mary Poppins ride would go well in the United Kingdom Pavilion at Epcot.
