    How often would you go?

My whole family (parents, siblings. significant others and children) 17 of us, moved from Miami to Disney a year ago in March. I say that we "moved to Disney" because all of us live about 8 minutes from Disney Port Orleans Riverside. We are very close to the parks and we love it! We visit...

Which rides only seat two people at the Magic Kingdom?

These are all the ones I can think of too along with Dumbo but remember none of these rides will require you to ride with a stranger except for Space Mountain. And even on that ride you have individual bucket seats.

    Resort Vacation Question?

Two weeks at a Moderate. I WOULDN'T give up a week just to stay at a deluxe but I WOULD give up a week to not stay at a Value. A couple of reasons: 1. POR is my favorite!!!!! 2. Although deluxe resorts have beautiful theming so do the moderates. 3. A few weeks at Disney affords you a few...

    First Thing You Think Of

I don't know if I have one particular thought when someone says Disney World but I know I get a cheesy, goofy looking grin on my face and I have been told I tend to bounce up and down a little. Im in my 30's and those two words can reduce me to a 7 year old in an instant! :)

    Would You

Never cancel a trip due to a refurb of your favorite ride. Go anyway and then use it as an excuse to go back when the refurbs over. ;)

    Tradition

We have always started our trips with the People Mover at the MK. I have no idea why this started but we continued it for years. Lost my dad three years ago (love you daddy) so now we all start our trips with his favorite ride, Peter Pan. :)

    Last ride

I have seen first ride threads on here before but I wanted to see what everyones last ride choice would be. So here is the question: It is your last day in each park. You have already been on all your favorites at least once. You won't be back for a while. Wait times are not a factor. What would...

What Resort Not To Stay At.!

I have been blessed to have been able to stay at every resort at least once. The ones I prefer not to stay at again would be GF ( not worth the price to me and I wasn't thrilled with the room decor), CR ( love being close to the MK but doesn't have the theming and ambience of other resorts) and...

    The Magic Of Night Time.

My first thought would be MK but this past July while waiting for some family members who were on TOT and RnRC my eight year old asked if she could use my brand new, saved up for dream camera to take some pictures. Very, very nervously I placed the camera neck strap on her and showed her a few...

    Your Favourite Rope Drop Park.

Magic Kingdom because the family and I love the show. We do the rope drop at HS and Epcot too but only to be there early enough to enjoy TSM (kids aren't into TOT or RnRC yet) and TT a few times.

    Thank you Walt...

Just finished watching Walt: The Man Behind the Myth on TV. It reminded me how amazing he was. He was a genius. It also reminded me that because of him I have treasured family memories that I will hold on to always. I know alot of us voice concerns and/or complaints we have concerning the parks...

Meeting someone you know by chance at WDW

I live in Miami (about 3 1/2 hours south of the MK). Because of that, I am always running into people I know. The only downside is you can't call in sick and sneak off for a long weekend. You will be spotted. Trust me. You will be spotted.
