I have a scheduled trip in Nov. to WDW and I am receiving the new magic bands. I was wondering if fast pass + is available before I go down there or does it become active only when you check into a park? Any feedback would be helpful.

I am in the same boat. I will most lilely add more points for BLT in a couple of years. I would suggest checking the timeshare store for the same Use year for BLT, therefore you can utilize the 11 month window for all of your points.

My wife and I are in the double tuition years and fear we we may do a trip like this because it will be a few years where we can legitimately plan one. We will be living vicariously through our post college children using our DVC points over the next few years. At least Fantasyland will be done.:D
