Yes, I was also sad to see Toontown go. I loved it and thought it was well done for something that was supposed to be temporary. I would have preferred a new "real" Toontown instead of Storybook Circus and was, quite frankly, baffled that they didn't do that.

Remove the giant hat entirely and put a much much smaller bronze one in a nice little planter in the same spot. So you get the beautiful chinese theater + the existing icon for branding purposes and voilà problem solved.
