Spirit of Aloha, to our family was a *lets try this* experience. I do feel, 'Ohana. is a much better option, economically and experience wise.

This ^^^ is the way to go. Best of both worlds. We have never had a bad meal at CP, although the last 8 years or so, we just do breakfast, but in our previous trips, we have always enjoyed the meals here

Spirit of Aloha is one of those experiences everyone should do at least once.'Ohana is a definite fave of ours, especially for dinner. We absolutely love the food there!!! They also offer one of the best drinks on property, the Lapu Lapu!! (ask for a side car of Malibu rum with it!)

If you get a chance, definitely try them at Grand Floridian Cafe (served with key lime hollandaise!!)

I am a huge fan of eggs bennie, and unfortunately, have never seen them inside the parks. However, a lot of resort restaurants have this wonderful dish. One of my favs is Grand Floridian Cafe;

We normally visit Disney World in the Fall, and take advantage of the free dining and upgrade to Deluxe. We use our snack credits to taste the offerings around World Showcase during the Food and Wine Festival. Would I pay for the Deluxe plan out of pocket, without Free Dining? Personally, no
