Nope they just automatically rebooked me in a similar room type at the Swan. The room at the Swan is about $100 per night cheaper so I guess kind of a deal?

Share your complaints with guest services! It's a long shot but maybe if enough people complain we will start to see changes for the better (like getting rid of Chapek 😜)

Last year i stayed at Caribbean beach resort during the construction and they gave guests a giftcard for each night stay. Is Coronado springs offering any gift cards for staying at the resort during the construction?
