Hi all, just back from my 20th trip to Orlando and WDW.... We had some fantastic experiences with CMs which I wanted to pass on and also one bad one. Where/who do I write to to make sure the CMs get the praise and or training they deserve?

Can you buy custom WDW name badges like the CM's wear or do they not do that so people don't pose as staff?
