Oh and one side note, the Rock "N" Roller coaster from Opryland is alive and well in Six Flags Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom known now as Canyon Blaster. At least it survived :)

As far as I know there was never a connection between Gaylord and Disney with regards to anything Opryland. There was a strong rumor that in the early 90's that Disney had approached Gaylord about purchasing Opryland so that they would have a park in the "middle" of the country but that died...

Accidents happen daily at all parks but it's sad when someone loses their life trying to have fun.

I would just find me a quiet set inside Spaceship Earth to call home if it was up to me.. LOL

I've always thought that Epcot should be different by nature than other parks like it was originally meant to be. I do think that they need to expand future world rather than replace rides like WoM and Horizons to add new attractions. The more attractions the better to me.

I'd love to add these to my monorail collection but alas I won't be at the expo or WDW any time soon. Guess there is always "charge twice what it's worth" Ebay. :(
