Another suggestion that might help is seeing if there is another resort available. I see that you're staying at WL, moving to even a moderate will save a considerable amount and make it easier to pay off quicker. Just a thought :-)

I think the resort limit is correct--when we stayed at Pop last October, our limit was $500. It was so handy to use this service! Souvenirs, snacks, etc. then one lump sum charged on the morning you leave. I will definitely be using it again in April. Just make sure you tell them at the time...

I really love the dining plan and actually look foward to having one relaxing table service meal a day. And not having the walletache of paying out of pocket each time is nice. Especially if you want to do character meals, I really think it saves a considerable amount of money.
