During the greenhouse section of Living With The Land, what year did they replace live narrators with a recording?

I'm wondering why they kept the pontoon boats after getting rid of the smaller boats. I don't see many people using them on Seven Seas Lagoon / Bay Lake.

If I prefer to stay in a Mansion building instead of Alligator Bayou, can I make that request? If so, what are the chances that the request will be honored?

When they replace the Fort Wilderness cabins, will the old ones be demolished on-site or carted away in one piece?

The only reason I go to Fort Wilderness is to visit the horse stables and sit on a rocking chair on the porch of Pioneer Hall. As long as I can still do that, I'm fine with the changes.

If I had a later flight and wanted my room for a few extra hours, does Disney offer late checkout? If so, how much do they charge? Thanks.

What time at night does the pool at the Contemporary close? Is there still boat service between the Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge / Fort Wilderness?
