I have made about 22 practice runs and only failed to secure a BG 3 times. I have never received that error except for when I back out and try again while the the window is still open it will give me that red error message. Is it possible your connection isn’t great? Maybe talk to technical...

That’s unfortunate. I get that there’s not much they can do but that’s not fair to everyone that was on at 7 and got that error. I stuck it out long enough to eventually see it work but the average person who isn’t familiar with this system probably gave up after the first attempt.

Anyone who has a park reservation will be auto selected. Do not take the time to select anyone on the list just press join as soon as you can. If someone were to be left out and they have a reservation you can just go to guest relations and have them added. I have not heard of any issues with...

How quickly did you hit join when the clock hit 7?

Both ways work just fine. Neither is better than the other. It’s all personal preference. You should set your app so you are always logged in when you open it though.

Have time.gov pulled up in front of you or have a watch synced up with that time. If you can hit that join button as it hits 7:00 it should almost guarantee you a boarding group as long as you have a good signal and the app doesn’t lag. 1pm is hit or miss no matter how fast you can do it.

Clocked my failed attempt at 7.9 seconds. Couldn’t go any faster than that. They went fast today.
