Yes, hang in there! I had the same thing happen. The “thanks for holding” recording only happened once every 20min or so. After around 2 and a half hours someone finally picked up! Of course now we’re on hold (with music this time lol) for another department, but at least I did get through.

Been logged in and out multiple times now. System allowed me to make one reservation for myself and my party. After that no dice, nothing showing available for the remainder of the week. I did discover that if I deselect myself the system shows full availability for the rest of my party. Unsure...

First week of August 2020. It showed me full availability at all four parks on 8/2, and I was able to get DHS with no issue. Clicked the link to make more passes and suddenly there was nothing available anywhere that whole week.

Made it in to the system a few times, but for some reason despite having 7 Day tickets the system only allowed me to book for Day 1 of my stay. It keeps telling me there is zero park availability for the other 6 days which has got to be incorrect.
