And to answer your other question, we were able to get in line pretty much straight away at 9pm. There were still a few guests from the day crowd, but for the most part it was just people with After Hours entry.

I went on the 12th and the longest line I experienced was Cosmic Rewind at a 15 minute line - everything else was pretty much a walk-on, except Test Track which was maybe 5 minutes.
