    Most people don't understand cholesterol. What it does, where it comes from, etc. For the most part, it doesn't come from what you eat, it comes from your liver, approx (80%) and is very important. Once I read more about it, it all made much more sense.

    I've met very few doctors who know how to really treat diabetes. And the American Diabetes Association and their "guidelines" are a joke. Quite frankly, Doctors don't treat diabetes, patients do (or don't sadly)

    I was at MK today. Mask compliance was 50-60%. Many either not wearing them at all until they got to the ride loading area or with them pulled down below their chins.     Nothing I have said is meant to make anyone feel ashamed. After almost 2 years of this, it’s time for people to grow up. Get your vaccine and put yourself in a position to succeed by taking responsibility for oneself and get healthy, and at the same time make sure your children get healthy too.
