Mine would probably be Dreamfinder w/ Figment. That whole gimmick with Figment being a puppet but being so geniusely hidden by Dreamfinder's arm still has me bewildered. Also, Dreamfinder's excitement and "Santa Claus Like" joy makes for an instantly memorable experience no matter what.
