I’m convinced they are doing this to ditch all those AAs, rather than pay for upkeep. Moisture wrecks machinery, and this ride is chock-full of fragile puppets. The whole woke thing is a handy smokescreen. They will tear out everything, paint it all black, and set up a couple of projectors.

The drop makes me slightly uncomfortable. So it has to go. If you don’t agree, you are against progress.

Somebody learned how to weaponize the internet to inflict their opinion of Splash Mountain on everybody else. All they needed was a change.org petition. I want that kind of power. Besides, a drop is not integral to a drop ride. It’s problematic. Because I say so.

Please go to change.org to sign my petition to remove the drop from the Tower of Terror. If one person with an opinion can vacuum out the Zippa-Dee-Doo-Dah from WDW, I can take the drop out of a drop ride. Our opinion is just as invalid as theirs. Let’s make this happen.
