    I know some higher-end brands will produce what are known as "Pre-Fall" collections, which are typically released in May. Pre-Fall collections are typically in Fall colors, but are typically more lightweight than true Fall collections. However, this is mostly with higher-end brands.

    Color blindness is not covered by the ADA based on past court rulings. Many transit systems use colored rail lines not just on the trains themselves, but to identify entire lines. There have been no lawsuits against any transit system for that.

    Well, WDW does put the deltas in the stripes to distinguish various shades. In my color scheme, the colors with the deltas would be Maroon, Navy, and Magenta to distinguish from Brown, Black, and Red, respectively.
