I'm just a few days away from my next trip and I haven't seen much around room upgrades at check in. I did do the pre-check in online does that lock you into your room? Has Disney moved away from providing upgrades?

We have used Garden Grocer twice, no fee from the resort, they provide a discount if you order in advance and once we got the wrong delivered. I emailed them and got a the correct item delivered the same day!

What are the thoughts on the 2019 dates? Doesn't the Flower and Garden typically start that first full week of March but I'm happy to see it start Feb 28 this year. Could we have another Feb date for 2019?
