I bought a mystery pin pack and one of the pins came defective. Elsa came without a face. I know there’s no returns on mystery pin packs, but does anyone know if there’s any policy or exception for faulty pins?

They have it in the popcorn carts throughout the park along with the BB8 cup and AT-AT bucket. I got it in the popcorn cart right in front of the chinese theatre.
