I'll guess that for fireworks shows, at least Harmonious will be showing every night at EPCOT and available for all, by Fall. I think it is also likely that Fantasmic will be showing at DHS for all, though perhaps not every night, and it is also more likely than not that Happily Ever After will...

It is unfortunate that Garden Rocks cannot go on, but I saw the Voices of Liberty show in the Arts festival yesterday, and it is excellent. Mariachi Cobre is quite good as well. Plus you could walk in 5 minutes before showtime and get an excellent seat in an uncrowded outdoor theater.
