Pre-Trip May The Force Be With Us...

We might go early one of our days, depending on how the opening plays out. I typically wake up at 5 am every weekday anyway, so it wouldn't be completely abnormal. @Rista1313 From what I can tell, their extra extra magic hours ARE their crowd control methods they're deploying for this. Nothing...

    Quick service spots to avoid

ABC Commissary is the one over by the Olaf meet and greet, right? When we were there last September the chicken was dry and the lettuce was wilty, but the taste itself was good. They didn't have forks or napkins though and it took a CM over ten minutes to track some down, and he only ended up...

Yep! I'm not even going on the site at all. People keep messaging me about what deals did I find and I'm over here a peasant who needs to pay bills and save for Disney, LOL

Pre-Trip We weren't going until 2020.... yeah right!

Thank you!!! I'm not going for FoP i don't think. I'll measure my little one tonight but I'm pretty sure she's only around 43". So this is all good news for me!!

The Chit Chat Chit Chat Thread

Oh and i learned that you don't have to potty train cats. You just put down litter boxes and they instinctively know what to do with it. I watched this guy go from pooping all over my bathroom to only using a litter box in 0.0 seconds. That's apparently normal and cats just do that. Makes me...

The Chit Chat Chit Chat Thread

Over the weekend i fostered a stray kitten who followed someone i know home. He was underweight, covered in poop, had worms, and had at least twenty fleas we pulled off him. At first he was somewhat aggressive and hissed when i came near him. But then i gave him a can of wet food and he became...

Pre-Trip We weren't going until 2020.... yeah right!

I'm not claustrophobic but I don't enjoy crowds and my ex who was on that trip really doesn't do well in them. But.... When that little girl's face lit up with wonder and awe, I'd walk to the ends of the earth for that look. Which is why we keep going back to Disney, which isn't really my thing.

Pre-Trip We weren't going until 2020.... yeah right!

Not this year! But I will say that our Christmas week trip was really fun. We didn't really do much outside of EMH and fastpasses, and we only stayed a couple days, but it was still a great trip. In September last year I kept saying "holy cow, I can see the sidewalk!!!" LOL

Pre-Trip We weren't going until 2020.... yeah right!

I didn't so thanks for the share! I'm excited that the Dec 5th date has come out for the second ride though because it's close enough to the opening that a lot of people will likely choose to wait and do both rides together.

Does anyone ever give up on their planning and just go with it?

Yeah we went on the most crowded day/week of the entire year and had a great time.

Does anyone ever give up on their planning and just go with it?

My very first trip was with an almost 3 year old on Christmas week. The crowds were INSANE. We went with the flow a lot, but the pre-planning really helped us get the most from our trip. For example, we went to EMH at 7 am Christmas morning at MK. Not a lot of other people woke up that early, so...

Pre-Trip We weren't going until 2020.... yeah right!

If you think about it, can you check back here and let us know how it goes? I'm interested to hear if it's easy like 30 days from now, or difficult to get the good rides because of SWGE. Thanks!!

Pre-Trip We weren't going until 2020.... yeah right!

They do!! SOG is 60 days out, but because my reservation isn't until Sep 15 I can't see 60 days out right now. I have APs though so I can see 30 days out. I figure if all the other things are available 30 days out they should def. be available 60 days out, LOL

Pre-Trip We weren't going until 2020.... yeah right!

I haven't figured this out yet either and our FP window opens on Tuesday. I've been looking at the FPs 30 days out and the only rides that seem hard to get anymore are SDD, FoP, and 7DMT. Everything else has availability 30 days out at 2 pm. I just wish they told us how they're going to do the...
