Sorry Jill. My older son and I are going from May 11-16 and my wife tried to make a PS for us while we are there. They told her that GG will be closed during those dates. I also found it strange since Soarin' will be opened by then, but it doesn't look good. Only 55 days 'til I'm Home...

In my opinion there is no dilema. Nothing beats staying on property. I know it costs more, but I feel it's worth it. Then again, I'm spoiled because I have the Vacation Club and always stay on property with all the amenities you are asking for: pool, full kitchen, atmosphere, jacuzzi tub...

Lil Spark, I too get the "itch". Usually once or twice a year. I am fortunate enough to have bought the Vacation Club and do actually go a few times a year. I am not offended by your requests for ideas on how to go on a budget or even if you were asking for "hand outs" or "favors"...

Thank you. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way. I know it's not everyone that complains and I know it's not everything that people complain about, but I too think there is a lot of negativity on these boards. I have to admit, I actually stopped reading the boards for a while...

OKW is great. It's my home resort. I don't remember the building numbers, but they really are all great rooms. First floor or second floor doesn't make much difference unless you have small kids. Obviously the first floor is easier with a stroller or if you kids fall asleep and you end up...
