We are visiting WDW in August :sohappy: and I can't find how long each of the evening EMHs are. Does it vary by park? I'm assuming the times listed for park hours do not include the EMH. Any information would be helpful. Thanks

We just booked using the free dining plan and were able to add an extra 2 days of vacation time as opposed to without dining. Save the 1 Day pass for another time and go for it! It's a great deal

We stayed at Riverside the last time we were at WDW and loved it. We toured FQ and it was nice too, just not our taste though. The pool at Riverside is better themed, the landscaping is nicer. It is a lot bigger but I think that helps to make it feel less crowded. If we don't stay at a deluxe...

They are both great - my daughter who is 10 enjoys TL a little better especially the wave pool! BB slides seem a little longer and faster where TL has a better lazy river and wave pool. I think its usually between 10%-15% depending on the type of resort. The percentage is higher for values and moderates than for deluxe. Depending on the time of year you go sometimes Disney offers better deals than AAA discount. :)

Most of the attractions at Disney parks are based on Disney movies, although POTC is a classic ride changng it fits right in with the Disney idea - promote Disney movies and characters and allow us to live Disney movies through Disney rides. I'm all for the change as long as its done...

ToT is the BEST ride at WDW. As stated before there are seat belts and also hand holds at your sides - but it's no fun if you hold on! Ride it you'll love it - if you like this sort of thing!?!?!

I'm going at the same time next year too! The Unofficial Guide lists these dates in the 6-7 range on a scale of 1-10. 10 being the most crowded. So it shouldn't be too bad....

It all depends on what frills you're looking for. Value resorts do less in the way of theming and food. Moderates are better with a better feel to them and usually better pools (I found FQ's pool to be on par with ASMo's.) You should also consider how much time you'll spend at the resort...
