    Casey's Corner testing new menu?

That's exactly what I was saying. Apparently TRONorail10 requires reading glasses or needs to take a reading comprehension course. I never thought I would get flamed in a thread about hot dogs, much less for making what is a pretty obvious statement. I guess we all have to eat half-sized hot...

    Casey's Corner testing new menu?

Very disappointed with Casey's my last 3 trips. Their "standard" dog was a foot long, it's been half that now for about 3 years. The dogs are average quality anyways, the standard footlong was a nice spin. Someone somewhere posts a blog about Disney declining by degrees, this to me is a perfect...

Star Tours II in 3D for 2011 CONFIRMED

That sounds plausible, as long as the story and action keep moving. It could actually create suspense by narrowly jumping to hyperspace in the nick of time to avoid being captured by the Empire or a bounty hunter...

Star Tours II in 3D for 2011 CONFIRMED

I kind of figured it might be something like that. But how will it select destinations midway through the ride without it pausing for people to make selections? Won't that kind of kill the momentum/thrill of the ride? Also, does majority rule? I suppose so. I kind wish the selection of the...

Star Tours II in 3D for 2011 CONFIRMED

The audience will be able to change where the story is going? That's the first I have heard that. Anyone know how this will be done? Maybe an "Applause-O-Meter"?

    New DVC at Grand Floridian...

It's all entirely based on how many points you decide to purchase. The initial investment is based on that, which you can choose to either pay up front or pay off like a mortgage. Disney matches your down payment and they give you a free vacation for joining. You also don't have to be locked...

    New DVC at Grand Floridian...

Exactly! I enjoy my DVC membership very much. The DVC resorts offer a much nicer room with more amenities. We always stay at least 10 days when we visit and it's nice to have a larger room on property because we don't always spend every minute of every day in the parks. The kids have their...

Wizarding World of Harry Potter review (spoiler safe, and non-spoiler safe sections)

Thanks, they have been on Mission Space, at least the tamer version offered, so it shouldn't pose a problem I guess. Is there a claustraphobic feeling like MS? In all honesty, MS made me a little whoozy. Maybe I won't be able to ride it!

Wizarding World of Harry Potter review (spoiler safe, and non-spoiler safe sections)

Just watched the ride video on YouTube, horrible quality so much of it is hard to make out. Can anyone give specifics as to the near inversion mentioned in the review? Wondering if this will be too intense for a 10 and 12 year old.

Star Tours to close on 8 September 2010 for major refurbishment into Star Tours 2 3D

I knew it is a major refurb, I guess I expected a 7 or 8 month closure. That reopening date threw me off. If it were confirmed that would make it a 16 month closure, but since you said the reopening date is still unconfirmed it makes more sense now. I must say if it were 16 months I would...

Star Tours to close on 8 September 2010 for major refurbishment into Star Tours 2 3D

It says it reopens 12/31/11. Is that accurate? If so, this is a major refurb I would think. More than just adding a new 3D film I would think.

Star Tours II in 3D for 2011 CONFIRMED

"Last Tour To Endor"? Hmmmmmm.... Does that mean they will be replacing the entire exterior of the building? I would hate to see the walker be removed. At the same time, interested to see what they have up their sleeves for a new exterior.

New York facade on Streets of America under refurbishment

If you look at the area on google earth, it's basicly a big Y shaped area. The main stretch, which I believe is New York is a main thoroughfair that starts just after Star Tours. You can go straight to the muppets or go right to NYC. Keep that main stretch, and elimate the smaller triangular...

New York facade on Streets of America under refurbishment

don't know how feasible it would be, but even if they were able to add real dining and shops, for example, a New York style deli in NY or even recreate Little Italy from The Godfather, maybe some actors walking aroung and street vendors, policemen, etc, something to give it all some life.
