when did you realise you loved disney!

I guess it was about a year ago when I realized that I LOVED Disney. It was nearing summer time, and the only place I wanted to go was Disney World. I have been to a Disney park every year for the past 4 years, and this year will be the only year that I will not be going...unless I suddenly...

    Dining Plan Changes

Ouch, that kinda stings a little bit. I am by no means a freeloader, my friend. I spend just as much money on Disney World vacations as anyone else. More, in fact because I live in Sacramento and have to fly cross country to get there. Yes, I loved the fact that I didn't have to leave a...

    Dining Plan Changes

Hmm... Tips not included, eh? Well...I guess we'll just have to do Free Dining from now on.

Putting Your Hands Up in Space Mountain

Just out of curiosity I reached my right hand up in the blue tunnel, and yes...I did touch the ceiling. But I refuse to put my hands up during the quick drops, I don't want to lose a hand, lol.

    New Park?

Thank you, that is exactly what I wanted to type, but was too lazy, lol.

    New Park?

::sighs:: Why can't people just be happy with what they have already?

Is it a mistake to plan to do MGM on the first day of my trip?

I always go to Epcot first...I've always felt that going to any other park first, and then going to Epcot would be somewhat of a let down to a Disney newcomer. Epcot is the most educational park, after all. But MGM would be my second choice for a first stop. With Fantasmic and all of the...

    Air Mattress at Popcentury

We used a sleeping bag, and asked the hotel for an extra blankets for cushioning. My friend said it was very comfortable, I am sure an air mattress would work just as well.

    Pop Century

::sigh:: Seems like just yesterday I was walking around the lake, and spotted those spud-heads... Ah well...I'll be back in September...

How many times you have rode Everest the ride

2 And didn't get an on-ride photo either time... "We'll get one the next time we ride it." Looks like I'll have to wait for quite some time now.:brick:

Aren't You Tired Of Disney World?

Sister- "Why do you love Disney World so much? Does it really change that much every year?" Me- "Well, things are always added every year...and there are always new things I could try...places to eat...tours to take." Sister- "I just think that you'd get tired of Disney World and go to a...

Making the most out of your Disney Experience - TIPS?

I've never been able to look at everything in the queue for Everest, (the lines weren't long at all). But I would have loved to take my time and look at everything... Everest is a great ride, experience it and judge for yourself.

    Harry Potter at IOA?

Apparently not... But then, I don't like Universal anyway.

I would give almost anything to get rides as amazing as this

Wasn't there a picture posted on these forums in the past year or so of Cinderella Castle with a giant roller coaster in the backgroud? That picture scared me, lol.

    Harry Potter at IOA?

Wow Someone had too much coffee today, eh?

    Harry Potter at IOA?

Ah Screamscape... Well, I'll forget about the source for a second and concentrate on the issue at hand. Harry Potter in a Universal theme park, and the roller-coaster theme park at that...it just doesn't make any sense to me. A Harry Potter ride seems more like a dark-ride kind of...

    DisneySea in Orlando??????????

The problem is that DisneySea is owned by the Oriental Land Company, and they own all of the rights to all of the rides and etc. DisneySea would be an amazing import, and certainly Journey to The Center of The Earth (and all of the attractions there) would draw amazing crowds, but as things...

    DisneySea in Orlando??????????

As amazing as that would be, I have every doubt in the world that this dream will come true. Bob Iger has stated that the plan is to update the current parks, and add to other existing parks. I can't see a new park in the US for another 10 years.

I would give almost anything to get rides as amazing as this

Just longer, and more eye catching. If EE was just a little longer, I think I would enjoy it more... JttCotE seems about twice as long as EE, and the interaction with the AA is more thrilling, IMHO.

OMG I really want to ride this ride now... And though it will never be brought to WDW, I can always dream. ::sigh::
