Have you thought about renting DVC points? Could end up being a great compromise. You could rent a 1 bedroom or maybe even 2 bed. AKL, BWV, SSR, OKW could be some cheaper options and a nicer stay. I think if the other couple is okay with sleeping on a pullout, go for it.

We did, but all that was available at the time of booking was OKW and SSR. Will look into portable crib. How much more room does it take up? I'm just worried about all of us fitting in the room comfortably with a pack n play or crib.
