Any attraction will see the guest count dwindle when normal maintenance and upgrades are not performed. Of course guest counts went down on Horizons, it was seasonal and then open sometimes yet other times closed. Lights didn't work, nothing was updated etc... To me, they wanted it gone and...

Those were... interesting at times... to say the least! In reality though, I just miss my favorite attraction from the days when our family first started going to the world. I really am getting close to being able to accept it though... at least that's what my therapist said!!!

That is my biggest complaint about what happened with M:S. I think something that could have been truly amazing was watered down a bit too much.

I just think it is also too bad that Disney couldn't write the check to make M:S a truly great attraction. As I've said before it is OK at but nothing special in my opinion. I don't blame M:S for Horizons at all, that is all on Disney management. However, I am not mad at anyone either -...
