The only sit-down places are Captain's Grille (a non-character buffet and table service at Yacht Club) and Spoodles (table service at the Boardwalk). I've eaten at both and liked both. You can look at the menus here and here.

I stayed in '05 and it was great! We loved the hotel! When we eventually go back to Disneyland we will definitely stay there again. We stayed for 8 nights and went to the parks for 5 days and it was awesome! If you want any other info or tips I would be happy to help.

No!!! Artist Point is better! It's probably my favorite restaurant in the world! Try the Buffalo Sirloin Steak or the Cedar Plank Salmon, and for desert the Artist Point Berry Cobbler. I honestly don't like cobbler and especially berry cobbler but it was amazing. It's BEYOND delicious! :slurp:
