The long scenes work very well though (moreso for Be our Guest and the finale than for Something There). Disagree on the finale seeming like an empty room. It’s a huge people eater (I believe each dispatch is 60 guests) It’s a great attraction. Videos don’t do justice to the scale of it.

I find that interesting, because the Peter Pan vehicles look much more like traditional ride vehicles than what you’d expect for a FOP a style ride. The building is also huge! I guess time will tell.

Brilliant thank you. Do we have any more info on the ride systems? Are either Frozen/Tangled using the Pirates tech from Shanghai? Is Peter Pan going to be something totally unique? I really can’t tell fro, the ride vehicle photos.

With 4 more rides (3 seemingly quite large!) there’s going to be enough to do in one day with no opportunity for re-rides. It will also help hopefully to balance some of the current longer queues like Soarin’ and Midway Mania. I think it’s a well needed addition to the park.

Having just been to Tokyo Disneyland, I had a thought that a ride based on Encanto should absolutely take the framework of "Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast". You could focus on three of four musical numbers with some show scenes in between.

99% of visitors to the Tokyo parks seemed to be Japanese with a very small %age of other nationalities. Same for Hong Kong it seemed to be very much a locals park.

Yep, we will have the 2 week pass, so we will have days where we only do part days, or take in more shows etc. My parent's wont do the bigger rides (especially mum) so I think we will do ok without it.
