We used Mears and were very happy with them. We had 7 people and I think it was about $140.00. each way. And we did get the stop to pick up a few things. Sanford is a nice smaller airport. I would check your price for MCO if you have a small group it might be cheaper to use ME.

Sit downs take a lot of time out of your day. Unless you are big eaters, you could share a quick serve meal and just eat twice and then have 1 sit down. I wish they offered you a way to upgrade a couple of your quick serves. To jump to 3 sit downs a day is way too much time eating.

In January we did one reservation room only and then started a new reservation on the free dining day. We were able to stay in the same room just had to go recheck in.

From what I see the free dining is..Oct 2 to 7th.. and then again Oct 23 to Nov 4th. If you start your trip even on the 7th you would get it. But it you don't start during the on time, sorry I don't think you do. I would call the Disney travel and find out for sure. Have a great trip..

We loved Chef Mickey's, also did Crystal palace, never too many character meals. If you have small kids it is great.
