I'd imagine the office buildings and parking can be shuffled around to wherever they need. A large chunk of it is the former Animation building and associated infrastructure.

Legoland California tried to do a Kuka arm attraction a decade or so ago, but the capacity was so awful they got rid of it. It seems like Disney's figured out how to make the capacity work with the conveyor belt system.

The interesting theory being put out on Twitter - that second Cars ride will be a de-facto replacement for the Tomorrowland Speedway. That does open some possibilities, one day, MAYBE.
