I think it depends on how old your kids are! I'd vote Hollywood Studios!! My kids are younger and while they enjoyed seeing the different countries, they didn't care as much about spending lots of time there. A day at Epcot was plenty for them.

Castle Couture is a shop in Magic Kingdom directly behind Cinderella's Castle. You will see a CM or two walking around with a wand in the shop and just ask them! They will sprinkle you with pixie dust and it is free.

Go up close to the castle for the better pictures! Even walking part of the way down Main Street, other diners will be in your background. The closer you get, the more empty the background of your picture will be!!!
