Topolino’s is great just for the view (and the Characters). Don‘t left the menu or the price stop you. They will fix you anything you like and as much as you want.

Busses are scheduled to run an hour before park opening, but typically they are earlier than that. More like an hour and a half.

At least an hour before opening time for each park. it can vary 30 minutes either way.

I’m here now and even at capacity waits are not bad. Epcot is probably the best place to still be able to spread out.
