Club 32 - Villains Land, Fantasyland Project

What if instead of Bald Mountain, you had the rocks in Monument Valley off to the side of Main Street. Since Main Street U.S.A. could be in any city/town, you might have it set in a western town in Arizona, etc.? Flight of the Phoenix, if I am thinking of the same movie as you, could be set in...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Hi all, do you think there could be an attraction called "Contagion" in Tomorrowland where you are visiting what you think is an Agricultural Research Service lab that is working on G.M.O. foods, but is instead illegally developing germ warfare weapons (biological warfare agents) in...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Maybe, since we seem to be settling on having Discoveryland's Space Mountain be themed to the War of the Worlds, since it was a fictional future struggle between Martian invaders and humanity, the Tomorrowland Space Mountain could be set to something in the future. I was thinking that it could...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

I suppose you could go really dark like Vlad Dracul's castle Castle Bran in modern-day Romania. He's better known as the inspiration for Dracula. I'm not sure you could get any darker for Disney. However, this probably wouldn't sit well with guests since the guy was barbaric by modern...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Yeah, Lord of the Rings is probably deserving of its own land somewhere in one of the parks. It would probably be hard to take serious if you have Mordor intermixed with Ursula, Cruella, Captain Hook, and other villains from Disney films. I was just trying to think of an appropriate castle...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Could the "Land Unknown" be a "New Orleans Square" or possibly my idea of a "Port Royal" pirate town. In that way you could do something about as extensive as what Shanghai Disneyland is doing with Pirates of the Caribbean. You might also have a Liberty Square with a Legend of Sleepy Hollow...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Great idea for submarine rides that use simulators. I actually had a similar idea back in 2013 to have a ride at Animal Kingdom that was based off of the movie The Abyss. I was hoping at the time to replace Avatar Land (Pandora) with other James Cameron films' such as The Abyss and Aliens...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Maybe in Discoveryland they could have a new 20,000 Leagues ride with new effects as found at the ride at Tokyo DisneySea. However, instead of the small submersible, you could have ride vehicles similar to the ~60 foot long nautilus submarines that could hold 40 riders each at the Magic...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Aside from these movies, since Disney has some kind of agreement with Touchstone (I believe?) with respect to the 1998 movie Armageddon, since they have an attraction at Disneyland Paris called Armageddon – Les Effets Speciaux, then why couldn't there be a ride based off Armageddon. It could be...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Would movies like "The Black Hole" and "2001: A Space Odyssey" fit better in Tomorrowland. While 2001 has somewhat of a following, I imagine those who even remember "The Black Hole" are getting on in years. However, at least with the former movie, Disney owns the rights, so an attraction could...

My idea for a 5th Gate at WDW and how to Expand the other Four Theme Parks (with new maps)!

For the Atlantis Water Park, you could have attractions named after (or inspired by) Zeus, Poseidon, Aphrodite, Apollo, Athena, Artemis, Hermes, Hephaestus, Hercules, Perseus, Medussa, etc. I could go on, but there are plenty of deities, demigods, etc. to base the rides on for this water park.

My idea for a 5th Gate at WDW and how to Expand the other Four Theme Parks (with new maps)!

I was thinking, for Port Royal, not only could you have a Disneyland type Pirates of the Caribbean attraction with a Blue Bayou Restaurant (or whatever you will call it), but you could have the whole land dedicated to themes found in the Pirates of the Caribbean films. One part of the land...

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

Would it be possible in some future castle park to have both Tomorrowland and Discoveryland. Perhaps the Tomorrowland could be depicted as some kind of Martian colony with a Space Mountain and Astro Orbiter, somehow under a glass geodesic dome. Discoveryland could be a 19th century depiction...

Nevertheless, Disneyland Paris could use all of the help we can give it! Ha ha!

Converting Space Mountain to a War of the Worlds theme would be in conjunction with the creation of a Star Wars Land at neighboring Walt Disney Studios Park (Disneyland Paris' Hollywood Studios).

Thanks for the history lesson S.P.E.W. I'm pretty good with history, but you have once again enlightened me with your knowledge. Impressive!

Club 32 - World's Fair, Discoveryland, and Tomorrowland

It would be like the ultimate planetarium in that the projections of constellations and stars would be above and below you. Therefore, it would be like no other attraction elsewhere. Would you place it between Main Street U.S.A. and Tomorrowland?

    Club 32 Lounge

As a newbie, I'm not entirely certain what park you had in mind for this attraction. If it is a new park, I think the castle on your map would need to be considerably larger, unless the other attractions are located under other parts of the castle aside from its' keep. (Not being critical, but...

My idea for a 5th Gate at WDW and how to Expand the other Four Theme Parks (with new maps)!

While I don't know if I want to got into the intricate details of each land, I nevertheless wouldn't mind critiquing the kind of rides or attractions that would go into such lands as the following: Magic Kingdom: Glacier Bay, Port Royal, and Discoveryland Magic Kingdom Parking Lot: Atlantis...
