    Yes, Disneyland created Fantastic to draw crowds in 1992, while they were building Mickey's Toontown. In 1997, the Magic Kingdom had SpectroMagic, and Disney-MGM needed a nighttime draw.

    Addition by subtraction is only guaranteed to decrease capacity. It is more than capable at improving cohesion with a land, uniting attractions thematically, and strengthening the theme of a park.
