Wait, I think Dora the Explorer was the first Latina Disney princess!!! (I kid, I kid!)

WDWMAGIC Takes the Cake - The Official Cake Talk

I agree that it looks very sloppy. Art deco is very crisp and sharp, and this is all uneven and wonky.

    Favorite dessert at Disneyworld

Salted chocolate caramels at Karamel Kuche and the chocolate macaron ice cream sandwich at L'Artisan des Glaces (seriously, this may be one of the tastiest things I have ever put in my mouth).

Best snacks available using Dining plan

If you are there during one of the festivals, using the snacks at the food booths are great because they can be expensive. I also like using mine for cupcakes because, well, CUPCAKES!

Need a fun table service suggestion for large group

Biergarten, Whispering Canyon, and 50s Primetime were my first thoughts as well. If the group wants passive entertainment, Biergarten may be the best bet, but if you think they would enjoy teasing and silliness, then Whispering Canyon or 50s may be more fun options.

Feeling overwhelmed with all the schedules...are ADR really needed?

I don't find that at all. In AK, you can get ribs and other smoked meats at Flametree, a variety of Asian inspired dishes like Korean BBQ and teriyaki bowls at Yak & Yeti, samosas and falafel at Mr. Kamal's, and a variety of curry dishes at TamuTamu. The QS DHS may be a bit more pedestrian...

Feeling overwhelmed with all the schedules...are ADR really needed?

We usually do an early dinner at one of the MK resorts and then head back to the park. It's a nice break from the crowds, and a way to get recharged. I would suggest Kona Café or Grand Floridian Café. The food is great at both of them and they usually have availability. I have never eaten at...

    Maelstrom on Jeopardy

During the same show, there was a whole category about Disney songs in Double Jeopardy and the contestants rocked that.

    Dining Dilemma

Another idea is to add a dinner show like Hoop-de-doo. It takes two credits and is really fun.

Feeling overwhelmed with all the schedules...are ADR really needed?

Your life will be a whole lot easier if you make ADRs. You aren't guaranteed a seat if you do a walk-up, and you will likely be turned away. If you post which days you are at which parks, I am sure people here would offer some helpful suggestions.

    DDP help...

We love the food at Grand Floridian Café so that's always on my suggested list. Primetime Café and Whispering Canyon are both fun dining experiences with good food options. We also love the food and character experience at Garden Grill.

    How do people afford Deluxe?

Actually, I've seen quite a few threads like that. The OP seemed genuinely curious about how people afford it because it's a pretty large expense for the average family. I didn't read any rudeness or malice into the question.

Buckingham Palace Tea at the GF

It's a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend it. They have a variety of teas to choose from so I think you would find something to enjoy. I had the house blend the last time I went. I usually order the Buckingham Palace which includes tea sandwiches, scones, tarts, and either...

    How do people afford Deluxe?

Nope, I am right there with you. I have stayed at every level of resort and would choose a value or a moderate over a deluxe pretty much any day of the week because I can't justify paying the price jump from moderate to deluxe. In reality, we spend very little time at our resort even when I...

Amazed by lack of available reservations

You can call Yak and Yeti directly to make a reservation - someone posted about this a few weeks ago. I will see if I can find the post with the phone number. I think they said they hold back some reservations so you may be able to get one that way.
