If you don't have an issue with walking, the walk between Epcot and HS can take a healthy adult traveling at a leisurely pace approximately 20 mins to half an hour. I'd say that's your most reliable mode of transportation, that way you aren't relying on the Disney buses. Granted, map your route...

honestly I'd love a Lion King dark ride somewhere in there .. but I'd want it to be its own thing and not replace anything else, which I am also aware is insanely wishful thinking. Also, maybe having some actually really cool upgrade to the Dinosaur area would be nice.
