I would think alot of people do not travel off property for the simple fact they fly in to orlando and take the disney express bus. Once at disney they dont have access to vehicles to leave onsite....... I dont think it is being dis loyoal to enjoy Universal or any of the other things Orlando...

There is a 12 day period in October into November that if you have the time, to me is the best time to go......... You go to the last Mickey's not so Scary party and then a few days later you go to the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party..... We did it once and it was awesome :)

I have always stayed onsite...... but to be honest with you I would be alittle nervous staying off site.......... It seems like everytime I am at WDW there are a few incidents with tourist getting robbed ........ I usually go down twice a year and it seems to be getting worse.......... :lookaroun
