I was surprised ..but the kids liked All Star Music best and so did we .. there were alot more kids at the Music then there were when we stayed at the Movies.. never stayed at the Sports ..really dont care much for sports or the sports theme

the "kid stations" they are great!! the girls loved them ..they had one at AK too when we went in 2000 and there was a craft table at the lobby of the poly. I know just what you mean about taking home what he made .. we still have everything the girls made ..but you know grandparents :)...

since I just hit the store yesterday, I got cereal bars, mole skin, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap (yes I save the disney soaps ) a box of zip lock bags, ( gallon size) a first aid travel kit ( has everything ya need in it ), sun block, stuff for bug bites, battieries, and those disposable...

ours depends on the time of year we go .. this year only 6 nights/7 days because of the girls and school .. if we go at the end of may we stay about 2 weeks. there is very little going on the last week of school so they never mind if the girls miss this time.

thanks Thespis I wasnt sure about that .. since I dont actually have kids in school .. just grandkids in school ..so I dont keep up with that side of it :) I know we have independent school districts ..so they do all very here some. I cant just say that we have been "lucky" with teachers...

the loss of funding is true in texas too from what I understand.

we live in texas and we normally take the girls out in may ..not one time have we every had a problem. The teachers in the girls schools have always thought that it was great .. One year the oldest was giving a big huge pile of homework that didnt all get done ..but it it didnt hurt her grades...

Re: Are you Serious? its not an excuse its a fact. I retired from working as an AC at a nursing home .. when you get old you lose long term memory, and this can start as early as your 30's .. thats if you dont get alzhiemers ..which basically wipes out your entire memory.

I have only gotten to ride RR once ..but it was the most intense ride I have every been on ..I was hyper for hours afterwards!!
