Just read on Wikipedia that the Reflections of Earth control room is located on top of the Mexico pavilion. Is this really true? I know Wikipedia isn't the most reliable of sources, but if this is true then it's something I never knew before.

Has anyone seen any famous people on vacation at the resort? I've only seen a guy from a UK soap opera at Epcot, but no-one really high profile.

After reading the MSEP vs. SM thread, I figured I'd start the same discussion over the MK day parades. For me, it has to be Disney Dreams Come True Parade - much better music than Share a Dream, and the parades look better without the snowglobes, IMO. I still wish they'd replace the castle...

Good point, cooleo! In this site's MVMCP video (in Wishes video section), at the end of the show just watch all the people in the Main Street hub turn around and look up to the skies directly behind them. Quite :lol: to watch.

I have to agree with Mrdean3 - while I love ToT in WDW, it looks so much less impressive than the one in TDS. Fair enough, they have different storylines, but no real buildings (not even old, 1930s abandoned ones) have painted-on windows. I think what is one of WDW's tallest structures deserves...

Downright senseless self-plagiarism, IMO. Why do all fireworks displays at DLPs Sleeping Beauty castle look so rubbish in comparison to DL and WDW? Watch the video that steals IllumiNations' music (:mad: ) - all the shells launched are the same, again and again and again. I think its pathetic...

Im in the UK and have the Travel Channel, but I cant find anything Disney in tomorrows schedule - maybe its a different channel altogether. :( Can anyone enlighten me? (I'd happily watch all of this tomorrow if I could).

I've ALWAYS wanted to see IllumiNations start like that - it's always been a pretty conventional (and far less impressive) shell whilst I've seen it, and I REALLY hope it's still like this when I next go (Christmas hopefully!). Thanks for uploading the video!

Thanks, it took me a while (:hammer: ) but I get it now. Hope the ALF stays in regular use; I'd love to see it next time I go and it's SO much better than the effect that's been used for the last year or so.

Thanks for explaining a lot of stuff, but I'm still slightly confused - is the 'Big Bang' firework the same in all shows, just sometimes misaligned with the comet? It just seems like the explosion itself is smaller when I've seen it in person, as opposed to being HUGE in some videos I've seen...

Can someone enlighten me - which is the ALF, the comet from shore or the 'Big Bang' shell? Should probably know this (as my username would suggest) but I've always noticed that the 'Big Bang' is either VERY big, and well positioned so it looks like it came from the comet, or it's a lot smaller...

It'd be a great shame if Disney ignored Epcot's 25th just because it might conflict with YOMD. Which matters more? :brick:
