News EPCOT's Harmonious to be replaced with new nighttime spectacular Luminous

They did experiment early on with a tarp on a barge (or maybe a couple) of the earth in a dark navy colour and looked as if it was a from an image of the RoE earth barge actually. It certainly hid the guts of the barges.

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

Reminds me of 1998 (pre-Asia being open), and a disgruntled guest asking as they came off the Safari why there were no tigers.

News 'Disney Dreams That Soar' Drone show coming to Walt Disney World this summer

Yeah, I have to agree on that. I get it being suspended during the show, but to stop them as early as they are is a bit annoying. But that's also partly personal, as there's nothing I like more than a boat up the road at sunset or when it's dark.

News Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

It appeared to be working ina ResortTV stream last week, actually, it may have been reflections from the light pillars.

News EPCOT's Harmonious to be replaced with new nighttime spectacular Luminous

We only ever watch it from the beer garden at the Rose and Crown. I would say to be there by 7 if you want a table by the wall. We'll be there in July so cant share anything of my own, but I was very taken with how the view appears from this person's clips.

News Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

That's pretty sad and disappointing to see. I saw a video fairly recently and they were operational. We go in July, and was looking forward to spending a bit of time there over two weeks for some pics of it all lit up at night

News EPCOT's Harmonious to be replaced with new nighttime spectacular Luminous

Was this confirmed anywhere? I know in one of the behind the scenes video it had flames on a screen or panel, but there was an assumption at the time this was for the fire effect fountain lighting, not actual flame throwers.

    “Something major” coming to DHS???

This is one of many threads I could post in, but it certainly seems from posts coming from yourself, @PREMiERdrum @yensidtlaw1969 @Henry Mystic @JustInTime et al and being quite open about things, a lot must be far along and signed-off on that it's fine to be hinted at and spoken about. I've...

MSEP ending at Disneyland on Sept 1, WDW return in 2023?

Grander and majestic is certainly how it felt to me. In my mind anyway, the music of SpectroMagic was synonymous with night time in the Magic Kingdom. Still nice to see it can be heard in the park now and again Certainly in the Spectro 2.0 camp here, and or weaving bits of the score into a new...

News Country Bear Jamboree is getting new songs and acts

A more sensible thought than my one other day, is it possible they keep the ending from the original show, starting with Henry singing Davy Crockett with Big Al's cameo remaining as is, with Blood on the Saddle, even if his song in the new show is different?

MSEP ending at Disneyland on Sept 1, WDW return in 2023?

I think you know they can only tell you what they can, when they can. No point them jeopardizing long standing relationships with friends / sources, and in turn, their careers with the company. As much I would love to see a night parade again, namely a Spectro 2.0, it's obviously a very long...

    United Kingdom pavilion refurbishment

It's quite clearly not a homage to the vast majority of British public toilets. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing!
