Struggling with anxiety over leaving children and considering cancelling WDW - help?

I thought about "test boarding" him to make me feel less anxious, but then I started to feel guilty over having him stay at a facility solely as a means of making myself feel better.

Struggling with anxiety over leaving children and considering cancelling WDW - help?

He's a Siberian Huskey / American Eskimo mix (2 years old) with VERY high energy. It would be A LOT to ask someone who isn't used to dealing with that kind of dog

Struggling with anxiety over leaving children and considering cancelling WDW - help?

Luckily, I work from home and my wife isn't currently working, so this is the only time I have such a dilemma. It doesn't make it easier though! Great reply! Many people never consider the dog's experience.

Struggling with anxiety over leaving children and considering cancelling WDW - help?

I've actually cancelled my trip numerous times because of our dog. Prior to getting him, we never missed a year, but now, every time it gets close, the guilt over boarding him sets in, and I find myself on the computer postponing everything. He's 2 and 1/2 years old (we got him at 8 weeks old)...

    Is Epcot's theme/mission changing?

The Simpsons have always been about as funny as a gutful of pinworms.

    They are baack

I'm not certain that you understood that the original poster wasn't singling anyone out based on their language. It was simply a playful way to call-out a very specific type of tour group. Whether you found it humorous, or not, is irrelevant and certainly not worthy of your continuing...

Does this look normal? (March 2022)

Thanks for easing my mind. My trip has been pushed more times than I can count already. I've moved into uncharted territory, but I am looking forward to the Flower and Garden Festival.

I'm used to going in late October/Early November. Am I going to experience crowd shock?

Does this look normal? (March 2022)

I know Spring can be a busy time at DisneyWorld, but is the first week of March normally this crowded? Could it be that TouringPlans.com is a bit off in this predicition?

14 days at DisneyWorld and you’re talking about expenses????

What's deflated your WDW enthusiasm the most: Pandemic or Genie+

Adding $15 per day took it from affordable to "far too expensive"?

    Biergarten Seating??

I don't like it either. Since it's just me and my wife, we usually end up with a family of 6. It feels really awkward.
