Just saw this. We have the Grand Villa at the Boardwalk reserved for a week during this time! The whole purpose of staying at the Boardwalk for us is the walking distance to Epcot. There'll be 6 little kids staying with us. 3 under 3.

I'm sure this has been explained before, but can someone share why the company would artificially inflate wait times for attractions? What's the purpose?

Meh. The signs seem to be very inaccurate. I'll be impressed once (if ever) there is an option to see the buses in real time (like Uber/Lyft).
